On the occasion of the changes of the technical and refereeing rules of Judo for an experimental period the IJF Together with the technical board of the IJF has decided to organise a seminar for each continent .
For Africa the seminar will be organised in Marrakech /Morocco from January 18 to 21 , 2013.
Two persons by national federation are entitled to take part in this seminar , flight tickets will be payed by the national federation , accommodation from Friday to monday as well as local transportation and airport transfer and farewell dinner will be covered by the IJF , for extra person the national federation will pay approximately 400 Euros for the above costs
The IJF General Secretary will send all those information directly to national federations .
Mr Meridja and Azzoug will collect the datas of the persons nominated by their national federations.
