The fourth and last day of the Junior World championship of Agadir was a lucky one for the Algerian ASSELAH Sonia, engaged in the category of +78 kg, which managed to pull out its bronze medal after her fight against KINDZERSKA Iryna from Uzbekistan. A good performance which saved the honor of the African continent at the conclusion of this major competition. However, it is useful to point out that this competition showed the potential of the young Africans which asserted themselves by competing with great champions and gaining several rounds as achieved by the Tunisians and RATSIMIZIVA Fetra from Madagascar. The weak points of the athletes who took part to these world championships may be attributed to essentially technical and tactical aspects.
